Environmental Health Field Services

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium’s Environmental Health Field Services program works with Tribal partners and communities to prevent the spread of disease and protect the health of Alaska Native people.

Every community has critical environmental health infrastructure. The Environmental Health Field Services program provides consultative environmental health and safety surveys on public facilities including, but not limited to, village health clinics, solid waste disposal sites, community water and wastewater systems and Head Start child care facilities to identify opportunities to keep Alaska communities safe and healthy.
