Alaska Climate Adaptation Science Center

Co-hosted by USGS and the University of Alaska Fairbanks, the Alaska Climate Adaptation Science Center (AK CASC) is one of 8 regional Climate Adaptation Science Centers that provide managers with scientific information, tools, and techniques that managers and others interested in land, water, wildlife and cultural resources can use to anticipate, monitor and adapt to climate change. 

AK CASC partners provide expertise in climate science, ecology, environmental impact assessments, modeling, cultural impacts and advanced information technology.
